Two Bean Salad Dijonnaise

Ingredients
- Corn and Green Beans with Toasted Almonds
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 (15-ounce) can pinto or kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 cups salad greens
- Simple Salad Dressing (p. 147)
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- 1How to: Start with the Corn and Green Beans Almondine in a large bowl. Add the cherry tomatoes, beans, and salad greens. Toss with Simple Salad Dressing, and season with salt and black pepper, to taste.
