Two Bean Salad Dijonnaise

Ingredients

  • Corn and Green Beans with Toasted Almonds
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 (15-ounce) can pinto or kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 cups salad greens
  • Simple Salad Dressing (p. 147)
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1How to: Start with the Corn and Green Beans Almondine in a large bowl. Add the cherry tomatoes, beans, and salad greens. Toss with Simple Salad Dressing, and season with salt and black pepper, to taste.
