Spicy Roasted Broccoli Pasta

Serves 4–6

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces penne, fusilli, or other short pasta
  • Roasted Broccoli with Sunflower Seeds
  • ½ cup crumbled Cotija cheese or shaved Parmesan
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. 1How to: Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water according to package directions. Drain and place in a bowl. Toss the Roasted Broccoli with Sunflower Seeds with the cooked pasta. Sprinkle with cheese, season with salt and black pepper to taste, and serve with a few bracing lemon wedges.
