Snow Pea, Cabbage and Fresh Ginger with Rice Noodles
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 1 tablespoon light or untoasted sesame oil (hot or regular flavored)
- Snow Pea, Cabbage and Fresh Ginger with Peanut Sauce
- 1 cup chopped salted peanuts
- 2 to 3 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- 1How to: Cook the rice noodles according to package directions, and drain. Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the cooked noodles and the Snow Pea, Cabbage and Fresh Ginger with Peanut Sauce and heat until everything is piping hot, 2 to 3 minutes. Serve topped with chopped peanuts and green onions.
