Snow Pea, Cabbage and Fresh Ginger Spring Wraps

Ingredients
- 8 to 10 large rice paper wrappers (from the Asian food section of the grocery store)
- Snow Pea, Cabbage and Fresh Ginger Stir Fry with Peanut Sauce
- Dipping sauce
Instructions
- 1How to: Dip 1 rice paper wrapper in a bowl of cold water for a few seconds—no more or it’ll get soggy. Place the wrapper flat on a plate and fill with Snow Pea, Cabbage and Fresh Ginger with Peanut Sauce. Fold in the sides until about an inch apart, roll up from the bottom, and place on a plate. Repeat with the remaining rice paper wrappers. Serve with bowls of dipping sauce. (I’m a fan of Trader Joe’s Gyoza Dipping Sauce.)
