Garlic-Roasted Eggplant and Olive Pasta

Ingredients
- 2 to 3 tablespoons capers
- 8 to 10 ounces fusilli, farfalle, or other short pasta
- Garlic-Roasted Eggplant and Olive Ragu
- Chopped fresh chives or parsley
- Grated Parmesan, Romano, or Pecorino cheese
Instructions
- 1How to: Cook the pasta following package instructions. Drain and return pasta to the pot. Mix the capers into the pasta along with the Garlic Roasted Eggplant and Olive Ragu. Top with chives or parsley and a sprinkle of cheese.
