Curried Vegetables with Noodles

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces vermicelli rice or bean thread (cellophane) noodles
  • Red Hot Vegetable Curry
  • ¾ cup chopped salted peanuts
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. 1How to: Cook the noodles according to package directions, and drain. Add the Red Hot Vegetable Curry and heat, stirring until noodles are coated. Serve in bowls topped with peanuts and green onions.
